We do not transfer personal information outside South Africa except where necessary for repatriation, and only with appropriate safeguards.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including restricted access to records and confidentiality obligations for staff and contractors. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children without parental/guardian consent. Where information relating to a deceased minor is processed, this is done strictly to arrange the funeral, with parental/guardian involvement.
